4th TAGCOM Toys and Hobbies Convention!

For all you gaming, toys and cosplay lovers! The 4th TAGCOM is now here to fill your need for toys, gaming and et cetera! And yes there will a cosplay competition here, so fellow cosplayers lets volt in! This even is brought to you by Hobbiworx Inc. in cooperation with Robinsons Midtown Mall.

OTAKU EXPO 2010!

Cosplay Season starts again this 2010 as Otaku Expo 2010 was launced at SM Megamall Megatrade Hall. Cosplayers again showed their creativity and talents for the art of living out the characters. And since this is the first con for the year, many were very excited to join. Otaku Expo is brought to you by Otakuzine and its event will be on April 2010. There were several contests such as speed drawing, individual and group cosplay, and even a yakult drinking contest!

There was also a maid cafe which actually guested by Alodia Gosiengfiao who also was the judge for the coplay competitions. We also spotted Ashley Gosiengfiao there too! Let us not forget the other maid who were also eye candy for the audience. Luna online was also launched on that day alsong side with other online games that are free to play. Staney Chi of Forint Act of TV5 was also there to feature them in their show.

So after the two day event has ended this also marks the start of the events for anime, cosplay and comics for this year.

KOMIKSTRIP

Komikeros and Komikeras! Hear ye! Hear ye! KOMIKSTRIP: The First UPLB Comic Book Convention has arrived and it will be on February 13, 2010 from 9am to 6pm. This event is brought you by the UP BUGKOS and JONASDIEGO.COM in cooperation with the Graphic Literature Guild.

There will be of course KOMIKS and lots of them. There will also be an exhibit of Philippine comics, amd also your favorite comic artist will be there like Manix Abrera, Lyndon Gregorio, Hazel Manzano, Carlo Pagulayan, and Many more!

Otaku Expo will be held at SM Megatrade Hall 2, SM Megamall, Pasig on January 23-24, 2009. Miss Alodia Gosiangfiao will appear in the Maid Cafe on Jan 24!
