Chadwick Boseman, The Black Panther of the MCU Passed Away at 43

It is another great loss for Marvel fans especially those who followed the Marvel Cinematic Universe as the star of Black Panter also known as T'Challa, Chadwick Boseman recently passed due to stage IV Colon Cancer. It came to a shock to everyone because he does not disclose the situation about his health to the public.

The announcement was done in social media like in Twitter where fans and co-actors share their grief for the loss of a very integral part of the MCU. Also in the midst of the pandemic, there was also a sign of his deteriorating health when he appeared with a huge weight loss in one of his last public appearances.

Chadwick Boseman became a huge name with his role in Black Panther which broke box office records and also inspired people of color to play the main character in a superhero movie which is quite rare. From his first appearance in Captain America Civil War, The Black Panther also plays a huge role in Avengers Infinity War, and Avengers Endgame.

DC heard the fans: DC FanDome, a first-of-its kind, virtual experience for DC superfans around the world, was a lot to handle in one day! It turned out to be so massive that with so many hours of programming, not even The Flash could get through it in 24 hours!

Michael DiMartino and Bryan Konietzko Leaves Netflix's Adapatation Of Avatar

Michael DiMartino, one of the creators of the Avatar series has recently announced that he and co-creator Bryan Konietzko has left the production. He cited that this was a difficult decision to leave the production and said that one of the main reason was the "couldn’t control the creative direction".

He did say that the production will push through however it will not be what they have envisioned. This made fans worry that it would would end up with the same fate with the The Last Airbender live action film which was critically bombarded with poor reviews especially with fans of the Avatar series.

DC's Stargirl Renwed For Second Season

The First Season Of DC’s Stargirl Is Currently Airing Every Wednesday At 9.50pm On Warner TV 

Pinoy DC fans rejoice! Prepare yourselves for more electrifying action as DC’s Stargirl has been renewed for a second season. Starring Brec Bassinger, the first season is currently airing every Wednesday, same day as the U.S., at 9.50pm on Warner TV. 

DC’S Stargirl follows high school sophomore Courtney Whitmore (series star Brec Bassinger, “Bella and the Bulldogs,” “School of Rock,” “The Goldbergs”) as she inspires an unlikely group of young heroes to stop the villains of the past. This new drama reimagines Stargirl and the very first superhero team, The Justice Society of America, in an unpredictable series. TV Leading Men Sam Heughan, Alex Hernandez Conquer the Big Screen with "Bloodshot"

Two fast-rising actors Sam Heughan (Starz’s Outlander) and Alex Hernandez (TV’s New Amsterdam) star as modified super soldiers in Columbia Pictures’ new action thriller Bloodshot (in Philippine cinemas March 11).  Vin Diesel plays the titular role.

In Paramount Pictures’ live-action adventure comedy Sonic the Hedgehog, Sonic is a little ball of super-energy and speed in, as he notes, an extremely handsome package.

Comedy superstar Jim Carrey plays Dr. Robotnik, the Drone King (and Wannabe Master of the Universe) in Paramount Pictures’ live-action adventure comedy Sonic the Hedgehog (in Philippine cinemas February 19).

Sonic the Hedgehog is based on the global blockbuster videogame franchise from Sega that centers on the infamously brash bright blue hedgehog from another world.  The film follows the (mis)adventures of Sonic as he navigates the complexities of his new life on Earth with his newfound – and human – best friend Tom (James Marsden).  Sonic and Tom join forces to try and stop the villainous Dr. Robotnik from capturing Sonic and using his immense powers for world domination.

"Birds of Prey" Cast Says `Hello, Beshies!' to Pinoy Fans

“Hello, Beshies!” In a newly released video, the cast of “Birds of Prey (and the Fantabulous  Emancipation of One Harley Quinn)” -  Margot Robbie, Rosie Perez, Jurnee Smollet-Bell, Mary Elizabeth Winstead and Ella Jay Basco invite Filipino moviegoers to watch the DC adventure on February 6 in cinemas and in IMAX.

You ever hear the one about the cop, the songbird, the psycho and the mafia princess?  “Birds of Prey (And the Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn)” is a twisted tale told by Harley herself, as only Harley can tell it.  When Gotham’s most nefariously narcissistic villain, Roman Sionis, and his zealous right-hand, Zsasz, put a target on a young girl named Cass, the city is turned upside down looking for her.  Harley, Huntress, Black Canary and Renee Montoya’s paths collide, and the unlikely foursome have no choice but to team up to take Roman down. 


Margot Robbie  returns as Harley Quinn, alongside Mary Elizabeth Winstead as Huntress; Jurnee Smollett-Bell as Black Canary; Rosie Perez as Renee Montoya; Chris Messina as Victor Zsasz; and Ewan McGregor  as Roman Sionis.  Newcomer Ella Jay Basco also stars as Cassandra “Cass” Cain in her feature film debut.

Directed by Cathy Yan (“Dead Pigs”) from a script by Christina Hodson (“Bumblebee”), the film is based on characters from DC.  Robbie also produced, together with Bryan Unkeless and Sue Kroll.  Walter Hamada, Galen Vaisman, Geoff Johns, Hans Ritter and David Ayer served as executive producers.

Vin Diesel is Ready for Action in the New "Bloodshot" Poster

Columbia Pictures has just revealed the brand new poster for its upcoming action thriller Bloodshot, from the producers of the Fast and the Furious series.  Check it out below and watch Bloodshot in Philippine cinemas March 2020.

Paramount Pictures and Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Pictures and Skydance Present, in Association with Hasbro, A di Bonaventura Pictures Production. and Robert Schwentke Film presents the G.I. Joe franchise spin-off “SNAKE EYES”.

Snake Eyes starts production in Japan with its stars Henry Golding, Andrew Koji, Haruka Abe, Iko Uwais, and  Takehiro Hira. Directed by Robert Schwentke, with Executive Producers Jeff Waxman and Erik Howsam, and Stunt Coordinator Kenji Tanigaki. They also received a traditional blessing at Hie-Jinja Shrine ahead of beginning shooting in Tokyo.
