KOMIKON NA! ulit!

OMG!

After some months, Komikon na muli... aba parang pasko na ilang araw na lang. Habang ginagawa ko ito at saktong linggo na ng October 18, so meaning KOMIKON 2009. This time nasa SM Megamall na ito, which is actually the 1st time... Ang nakakabadtrip lang kasabay ito ng FNYO day ko sa isang org ko at sa Otakukingdom sa Enchanted Kingdom.

So what to choose... syempre KOMIKON! Isang reason din dahil pupunta ako ay dahil may entry ako sa PICCA fest (at sana manalo ako). Bago din akong natulog gumawa din ako ng mga strips, medyo malangya ako kasi nga FINALS na namin... haay buhay nga naman... oh well...

who needs beer if you can chug all you can for your thirst for animé and komiks? Alam mo ito ang tunay na may TAMA, iba talaga ang may pinagsamahan, kinalakihan. At kung minor ka pa, malamang hindi ka papupuntahin upang makilaklak ng beer noh...kaya heto ang ilan sa mga events na pwede mong puntahan upang ang oktubre mo ay maging tunay na masaya (sana lang ay mas matagal o merong sem break, na inagaw ng bagyo... oh dear, pero dont't fret kapatid! Like the major animé, habang may buhay may pag-asa, yatta!)

matapos ang Komikon Summer fiesta nung May, ito na ang main event na kung saan gaganapin din ang Komikon Awards! Syempre andito din ang mga indie komiks, mga bagong komiks compilations, meet and greet pinoy komikeros and komikeras, at malay natin may cosplay din ng local pinoy comic characters. Dito bida ang noypi komiks, komikon na!

ANICON 2009

(October 11, 2009, SM Megamall Megatrade Hall)

Kahit na tapos na ang Cosplay Mania '09, isa rin ito sa pinakamalaking cosplay and animé event sa metro! Dito parang pakiramdam mo na tumapak sa ibang mundo, pramis! Peksman! Sa katunayan, ang ANICON ang unang cosplay and animé event na napuntahan ko sa buhay ko na siyang nag-inspire sa aking dedikasyon sa larangan ng komiks, at animé (Asus!). At recomended talaga ito sa atin upang matangal ang ating blues mula sa mga masamang nagyari sa atin noong nakaraang araw. Tama na ang luha, at umpisahan na ang saya kung saan kilala tayong Pinoy!

Otakukingdom 2009

Matapos ang dalawang bagyo, lindol, tsunami, 60th anniversary ng People's Republic of China, pagkapanalo ng Rio de Janeiro sa paghost ng 2016 olympics, at ilang araw ng delays, matutuloy din sa wakas OTAKUKINGDOM sa Enchanted! Originally set on September 27, napostpone ito ng napostpone hangang sa sa wakas na pagdesisyunan na ito sa October 18, na sa tingin ng marami ay mas mainam. Kaya sa mga cosplayers, pumunta na dahil libre ang entrance sa EK sa araw na ito suot ang iyong pang-cosplay! yey!

Kaya tuloy ang saya at ligaya at ipakita ang kasiyahan ng pinoy mula sa mga mahihirap na pagsubok sa buhay. Kaya nga ang buhay natin ay parang komiks, nagbibigay saya sa kapwa sa gitna ng trahedya. Ayus!

Mechanics:

1. This promo is open to all Guests in Otaku costume who will visit the EK Park on September 27, 2009 (Sunday) or who will pre-register online for the promo.
2. Guest wearing an “otaku” costume of a character from Animation, Comics, Toys, Gaming, TV, or Movie, may enter the Sta. Rosa Park for FREE. Otaku is a Japanese term used to refer to people with obsessive interests, particularly animé, manga and video games.
3. Tickets are upgradeable to Regular Day Pass subject to Php 250 upgrading fee.
4. To pre-register online, cosplayers must fill out the registration form at www.otakingdom.blogspot.com before the event.
5. To register at the park on September 27, 2009, cosplayers need to approach the registration area at the Park Gate near the Group Sales Office. Registration is open from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm
6. Enchanted Kingdom reserves the right to refuse free entrance to those who do not meet the above criterion and those who do not meet the Park’s standard for wholesome and safe entertainment.

Cosplay Mania 2009!

Walang season na alang cosplay, mula sa start ng taon, summer, umuulan, bumabagyo at kahit ata end of the world! Who doesn't like cosplay? Nakakatuwa, nakaka-aliw at lumalabas ang creativity at ang pagkabata. This event is actually my first time to cosplay... hulaan niyo na lang kung sino... Well it was really fun seeing all of those people in costumes....again... and seen some familiar faces. More astig cosplayers, funnier scenes, and other things na pupukaw ng iyong tingin at pansin. I was not able to make it sa cosplay contest kasi na-abutan ako ng cut off, musta naman walang wala ako sa costume nila pero kaya kong i portray yung character since favorite ko rin yun. OK, and also you may ask what's new with krisis komix? Marami syempre! nagkataon lang na test namin ngayon... pero abang lang pips! abang lang... maglibang na muna kayo sa mga pictures na ito!

Krisis Komix at Metro Comic Con

Ayan, pasensya na sa delay sa mga pics na ito. Kasi kailangan i filter ang pictures sa dami nila...anyways Manila Comic Con was a blast even I just attended the second day. It was really a day of comics, toys, cosplay and more cosplay! Its actually different from komikon and the cosplay mania but it still have the same elements. So excitement for this one is over flowing. Hope to attend this one next year! For now lets get set for another round of Komikon and the upcoming cosplay manila 2009! waaaw! ang dami naman! enjoy the pics!
