First-ever M Summit Jakarta brings together esports and gaming industry experts

The popularity of mobile esports has been exponential in Southeast Asia in the past years, constantly breaking viewership records, especially for Mobile Legends: Bang Bang tournaments around the world. With this, international gaming developer and publisher MOONTON Games has developed an emerging esports ecosystem that has produced a plethora of opportunities outside broadcast for brands and businesses to explore.

On 13 January 2023, MOONTON Games will spearhead the inaugural M Summit to guide the esports and gaming stakeholders in discovering vast areas of opportunities in the industry. The local Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Professional League (MPL Indonesia) hit a peak-concurrent viewership of 2.8 million during Season 9 and was the first esports league to implement the franchise system in the country, with the highest local prize pool of USD 300,000.
