PICCA Festival (Philippine International Cartoons Comics and Animation) is coming this November 25, 26 and 27, 2011 at SM Fairview and at Ateneo De Manila, Loyola, Quezon City.
Just days after November Komikon, we will now engage in another major comic event. Shall we say November is now Komik month?
Of course, the festival will feature comics, cartoons, and animation. Last year this was held in SM North EDSA. With Ateneo as its new venue, expect something new and exciting for the third year of the festival.
