Cosplay and Anime Conventions might look the same and after the event, nothing will change. But we have now this new convention PINOY OTAKU ENCORE to be held at SM Megamall Megatrade Hall 3 on November 26-27, 2011. The most interesting part of this Con supports PeaceTech network, aiming to spread the message of peace to our Muslim brethren in Mindanao.
