The Marvel Cinematic Universe is in for another shake-up with “Secret Invasion.” Set in the present day MCU, Nick Fury learns of a clandestine invasion of Earth by a faction of shapeshifting Skrulls. Fury joins his allies, including Maria Hill and the Skrull Talos, who has made a life for himself on Earth, and together they race against time to thwart the imminent Skrull invasion and save humanity.

While Nick Fury is no stranger to threats in the MCU, it has been a long time since we saw him in action. We  first encounter the Skrulls in Captain Marvel, in which Fury and Carol Danvers fend off the Kree. While the Skrulls await Fury and Danver’s promise to give them a new world to call home, the Earth is besieged by multiple universe-ending threats.

The trailer for Marvel Studios’ espionage thriller “Secret Invasion” is now available. Key art and stills are also available for the live-action, original series premiering June 21, exclusively on Disney+.
